The staff was really nice and helpful.

The air conditioner vents did not work well at all. Our room was unbearably hot, as only one vent seemed to function. I was also disappointed with the uncomfortable sofa bed for our family, made sleeping a challenge.

I was absolutley shocked when I realized the shower leaked everywhere, dangerous, right? The room outlets barely held my cords. A hazard for a 'plus' hotel! I expected a welcome gift for all my inconvenience, but it seems they just don't care anymore. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

Comfortable Beds and Friendly Vibes

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, and the king bed was comfortable-perfect for a restful night. Breakfast offered diverse options that kept the family satisfied.

While the bedding was clean, the bathroom needs attention-water wouldn't drain in the tub. A bit disappointing given our expectations.

Charming place, beautiful and terrific room. Satisfactory breakfast - a huge variety of meals. Good meal and EXCEPTIONAL service. Free internet, parking on site. Location not far from shopping areas, and historic downtown. A huge variety of food options not too far away from the venue.

The room was too warm, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Comfortable stay with friendly vibes

The place was super clean and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was typical but decent, though it got a bit crowded since only one person was handling it. Loved that fresh-baked cookies were available at check-in-such a nice touch! The only thing was, we wished for more coffee in the morning.

Everything was spot-on. Super clean space. Loved that we could walk to Cabela's and grab dinner nearby. Plus fresh-baked cookies at check-in were a sweet touch.

The stay was pleasant overall, especially with the spacious room accommodating our family comfortably, including two portable cribs. I appreciated the hot and cold breakfast options that were well-stocked, which kept everyone satisfied. The noise from the air conditioning was a bit disruptive at times, and the breakfast area could have been better managed to avoid long waits. The Tesla supercharger station on-site was a great plus for us.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and comfy! The beds and pillows felt great after a long day. I loved that the room had a fridge and microwave, easy to store snacks. Plus, the whole place had a nice lodge vibe that felt cute.

The check-in experience was excellent, taking just about 5 minutes. The room was super clean with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the availability of a flat-screen cable TV and the refrigerator. Parking was easy, too, especially with a gas station conveniently located next door.

I wish the breakfast selection could be improved.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a feast fit for champions, with hot and cold options galore! Plus, shouts out to Katie at the front desk-her kindness. The staff's hustle, even on a busy day, earned our respect!

Now, the pet policy had me scratching my head-$20 more for my furry buddy that wasn't listed anywhere.
